Jeff Mitchell is a freelance illustrator, graphic designer, writer, and marketing specialist. As a graduate of the Radio and Television Arts program at Ryerson University, with over 10 years of marketing and creative arts experience, Jeff has the experience and ability to create eye-catching and provocative content for your projects.
